Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow’s capabilities and the ability to design and implement robust solutions that drive efficiency and business value for our clients. You will play a critical role in leading project teams and mentoring junior consultants, ensuring the highest quality of service and innovative problem solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop high-level system architectures and functional requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed client expectations.
  • Innovate and contribute to the enhancement of our consulting practices and ServiceNow offerings.
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow updates and trends to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.

Skills:

  • Integrations: Experience with REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, Service Graph Connectors, ETL Loads, CSV/Excel Data Loads.
  • ServiceNow: Specialization in at least one product line (ITSM, HR, FSM, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, APM, VR, SPM, SecOps)
  • Languages/Frameworks: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, Server Scripting, Client Scripting, React, PowerShell, SQL, and familiarity with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
  • Communication: Ability to explain abstract concepts such as data structures and workflows clearly and effectively.
  • Desire to Learn and Curiosity: A strong drive to acquire new skills and knowledge, coupled with a natural inclination to understand how things work and to innovate.

Qualifications:

  • Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
  • Certified ServiceNow Application Developer
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detailed understanding of ServiceNow’s product suite.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with clients and across internal teams.
